Fruition: Dyslexia TV Broadcast
Dyslexia TV Broadcast
I have taken independent instruction almost every week this year, sometimes two classes. Last Thursday I was in a seminar all day and after, more instruction. My head is bubbling over with new information and technology… I gotta keep up with teenagers or they will replace me. Anyway the types of things I am learning is where the future of computers and websites, etc., hold in my field of multi-medias. I will have to say for me it all boils down to my goals coming to fruition. It’s is crazy how much potential I have with my skills as a film maker applied to all this new media. Even better how Dyslexia TV will now be launched./ Soon. Last night I finished my first podcast of a video I made in 1991 entitled “What public education has to offer learning disabled student” At the time it was aired live on KCRH FM radio and re-run many times on FM KABL. At the time I had a student video tape the audio cast as it was recorded. Although I cringe to watch and listen to myself talk, the information is still pertinent today. I also cringe in some of the language I had. As soon as I can get it up on dyslexia.TV the broadcast is the first of many to come. I have archived hundreds of tapes. And many are on the subject of dyslexia. Those will be pulled out and broadcast on the web and iTunes. So standby folks… you ain’t seen nothin yet!
Of course hosting videos that have the potential to reach millions will bring my Internet bill sky high. So any financial support will also help.
The link is not ready but the home of my podcast will be at www.dyslexia.tv/broadcast
Did I mention that my college degree (the one that took me 9 years to get) is “Radio & Television Broadcasting”. Anyway I wanted to share with you this exciting information.
